Wawa - Hampton

This is the BEST WAWA’s period. Service is impeccable.. food is always hot and amazing. The workers are not just there to receive the benefits they all have wonderful customer service skills and they go above and beyond from what I’ve seen. I have never had a problem when I visit this Wawas! Thanks to all the Great workers that make the efforts to keep things running smoothly!! THE BEST HANDS DOWN!! #1RECOMMENDED!!

I just left there an I been going for years an I get my favorite drink every time this one young black girl always missing a simple drink order then she trys to be smart so tonight I sent my husband in he thought I just be in a bad move why she did him the same way an cursing at him 5280 mercury an the manager did not say anything she laughed so I called her she was rude as well then I asked her name she hung up twice then she got an employee to answer an she the manger they really was nasty don't go to that one they násty talking about spitting I somebody stuff she better be glad am not like I use to be that store don't trust late at night

My only concern is being in the middle of amateur crossfires BECAUSE WHY DOES IT TAKE 3 POLICE OFFICERS TO GUARD WAWA? What are they guarding? Must be that secret sauce.

Very disrespectful very outta pocket on my lunch break talk to me crazy I already paid for my food and drink the men that’s was waiting before NEVER GOT HIS DRINK CAUSE THE LADY WAS BEING NASTY TO HIM the lady making the drinks with a red bandanna gang member colors and being nasty to people waiting on thier food and drinks is really crazy to me I don’t understand then the supervisor come from the back asked what happen I told him he laughed and went hugged her and still didnt straighten it I spend my money in here every day on lunch break I work at Newport News shipyard in the heat I don’t like being talk to any way and I’m coming from outside in the heat

Normal day service is great but night early morning is horrible night manager short black lady) rude, disrespectful, and. Unprofessional. Told by several employees that she is like that to everyone and nothing happens ever.
