Taco Bell - Hampton

This Taco Bell is very well cleaned the staff is very professional, Sometimes they mess your order up, but are quick to fix the issues.

Don't even bother with this location. The food is almost always improperly prepared. If you order a combo that comes with a taco supreme....you always get a regular taco no matter what. I've had all types of menu items flat out missing ingredients. I know people don't care about these types of jobs and the turn over rate is very high, but could management please manage their employees into atleast making the food properly. Not to mention the prices are through the roof just like every other fast food chain. I think collectively we as consumers should vote with our dollars elsewhere.

The lady at the window that took my order and payment had a bad attitude. The guy that handed me the food was polite! The breakfast burrito was horrible it tasted old! The potatoes were hard. Most of the cinna-bons were hard.

I would've given a better rating if the young lady at the drive-thru wasn't so rude.They messed up my order twice (which usually isn't that big of a deal for me. I specifically asked for no guacamole on my power bowl, but it still had guac. I also ordered 4 rolled chicken tacos, but recieved 2 (I drove back for the other 2). Not to mention the condition of the 3 tacos we ordered (see pictures). If a manager sees this, please have a conversation with your staff.

This is my Go-to Taco Bell, everyone here is great!
