Subway - Hampton

This Subway location is always fantastic! The three best Subways in Hampton are this one, Coliseum Crossing, and Todd Center.

I had the worst experience ever at this restaurant. The staff member was extremely rude and disrespectful. I will never return. He didn’t listen to me at all, and I had to repeat my request for a sub ten times. He even got sassy with me, and I’m a regular customer.

I would advise against visiting this restaurant. The owner does not fully honor Subway coupons; he only accepts about half of what they cover. This seems to be a strategy to profit by still receiving payment from the Subway corporation while not fully honoring the coupons. It's better to go elsewhere. The coupons explicitly state their exclusions, so don't try to add more exclusions just for profit. If he can't participate fully, he shouldn't participate at all.

I was hesitant to visit this place due to some of the reviews, but I'm really glad I did. A young lady welcomed me with a smile and a friendly greeting. She was respectful and genuinely attentive to ensuring my order was correct. She handled my slightly specific request without any hesitation. Definitely a great employee and a fantastic establishment!

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. There was only one staff member at the counter, but she handled everything with grace as she took each of our orders individually. The only downside was that they were out of bacon.
