Domino's Pizza - Hampton

Do NOT order from this location. Poor customer service. I placed my order online for pickup and got home with my order to find that my pizza was covered in onions after specifically ordering no onions. We double checked the receipt to make sure I put no onions and it says right on the receipt NO ONIONS in big bold letters. We call to inform the store of their mistakes, which we know happens, and the person who answers the phone listens to our complaint and automatically asks if we are sure we put no onions on the order, we reply with yes and that it is printed on our receipt. They direct the call to the manager next and she says that they don?t do partial refunds so since it was only one of our items that were messed up they won?t do a refund for their mistake. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with!

The first time I had issues they delivered me a burnt literally black pizza with no cheese. I brought it back and had them remake my pizza. Mistakes happen, I get it. Next time, they gave me the wrong pizza, so I called and The manager said it doesn?t show that on my end, I have the receipt so I highly doubt she?s being truthful. She said she can?t have it delivered right now bc they were busy fine whatever, i said I?ll come up there later when I have my car, and she says you have to bring back the pizza , we already started eating the side that was correct. So now I have to not eat my correct side, pay delivery for a wrong pizza, also come up there and not eat. I will never ever order from this place again. I contacted cooperate, They need to train their managers better. I won?t say her name on here bc as unprofessional as she was, it?s cooperates fault for hiring her, and not training.

Took over an hour to get the pizza and when it got here it was stone cold. Clearly, they cooked it then let it sit long enough to get cold. Worst pizza i have ever had. Boxed frozen would have been better and cheaper.

I love this location. The order is always ready super fast and the food is hot and fresh. I like my pizza with light sauce and they followed the instructions to the tee. On point!

So far this is one of the best domino's I have been to. It must be under new management. The food has been fresh and on time especially for pick up delivery I will be ordering from them again! Very good service
