Baskin-robbins - Hampton

I love BR ice cream and frequent this location often with no problems. Always clean and service is not terrible. THE ICE CREAM CAKES ARE TRASH THOUGH. TO WHOMEVER IS CONSIDERING IT DONT DO IT. THE CAKE IS FLAVORLESS, THERE IS NO CRUNCH IN THE MIDDLE. ITS A WASTE OF MONEY. GET ONE FROM THE GROCERY STORE INSTEAD.

Order two scoops only got one. Staff was not real friendly. I wouldn't recommend this store. Does this look like two scoops

I have come to this location about 5 times in the past year and a half and have never gotten anything. They are always out of something. Close this location please.. Open a brusters or something. This location sucks.

The associate was friendly and helpful. The ice coffee was great.

Horrible customer service and the wait in and outside was terrible. After waiting inside, the line outside was the same before we entered. Just ridiculous. We were making a decent purchase. Too much chattering among the staff. If I could give 0 stars, o would have.
