I have been eating here for 30 years now and the staff and food has never failed to please me and my family , always welcoming and quick good food supplied . it amazed me that when i was approached by the manager on a recent visit that to recall an incident when i last at the restaurant , there was an inspector present on the 04th september 2023 and he was revelling in occupying the managers time even though the restaurant was busy , the inspector finally left under his own accord and i proceeded to enjoy my meal as usual , i am horified to find out that since then the inspector has filed a unfair and inaccurate report of the situation . this is a fantastic run family business that needs support and the offer great food and great service .

An absolute gem! Riverside Indian cuisine may not have the bells and whistles of other similar restaurants, but what it has, is excellent food, excellent service, and best of all unbelievable prices. £20 a head here, buys a starter, a main with rice and a glass of wine.
