Order from here for the first time. will definitely be our new place for a curry. the king prawn slender starter was the best I ever had. bhaji beautiful and crisp and not too oily. my chicken curry superb as my partner biryani. recommend this little gem.

They've become accustomed to Indian restaurants that all seem the same, but at Mahirah, they've truly broken the mold, especially with their exceptional service. We received a warm welcome, and rather than just going through the menu, they intuitively offered us poppadoms and, of course, beer (two blocks for one order, as they guessed). While we enjoyed our poppadoms and five beautifully varied pickles, they kindly informed us when our main course would be ready, encouraging us to take our time and enjoy our meal at our own pace; this was a lovely touch. It may sound cliché, but the food was absolutely fantastic. My curry was fresh and flavorful, with just the right amount of spice—not too overwhelming. Overall, great food, excellent service, and a wonderful experience. You definitely need to try it!
