Management asks 2 guys to cover drive-thru, counter, and mobile at 10 AM on a busy Saturday morning. Took 30 minutes to get a donut and a coffee. Not the employees fault, management is giving them zero chance to do their jobs efficiently Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went to place an order and was given incomplete information so when I asked about a certain item I was given attitude about them having previously stated that item which was incorrect. So I told them never mind and that they needed to have an attitude adjustment and I was met with another response in the same manner. Extremely unprofessional employees. I work in customer service myself and whether you already stated something or not you do not repeat yourself with attitude. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
