Barley Mow Stonehouse Pizza Carvery

We had a wonderful experience here. There's a spacious, free parking lot outside, and the atmosphere inside is cozy. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They offer plenty of seating options, both indoors and outdoors, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The prices are reasonable, and the food was excellent. I would be happy to return!

I had a pint and a bite to eat here on Tuesday morning, and it was pleasantly quiet. However, I expect it will get busier during the warmer months. The carvery looks fantastic, and there's plenty of space available. They show sports on TV, and the location is great. What more could you ask for?

As for the adults, we had the vegan nut roast and fish and chips, both of which were high quality and delicious. The vegan menu options were clearly well thought out, but unfortunately, there was no milk available for my coffee. Overall, I would rate the dining experience at 4 stars due to the food, but I would give it 5 stars for the warm and friendly service. The staff were incredibly understanding of my children's worries, and I can't thank them enough for that. Although the service was a bit slow at times, the meal itself was enjoyable and memorable.

My son brought me to the barley mow this morning. excellent value for money, delicious food and beautiful staff. sam on the bar and dom the chef were more than happy to talk to us about the pub, the island and a sweat or two. a fantastic way to make customers welcome. my sohn has promised a return trip at the weekend for the fantastic looking pizzas and a bottle of wine. we look forward to meeting everyone there

Absolutely brilliant place! Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent food and atmosphere. Have been here before and will definitely be visiting again. I live 200 miles away in Cornwall, but have family living here in Hayling. I love to visit them AND the Barley Mow!!
