Beechworth Bakery Ballarat

Absolutely tasty treats from pies and sausage rolls to bee stings, chocolate eclairs and my favourite the Bavarian cream ring, bakeries all over Victoria I just wish that there was one located in Adelaide.

Highly recommend this Beechworth Bakery. The staff are friendly. The service is fantastic. The dining area is spacious every time I've been it is very clean. Dining tables are cleaned after every dinner has finished left. The food is very nice definitely freshly made. The Coffees is also great.

It was a breezing cold in the morning. Before I started working in the CBD, I thought I needed a quick fix for my sleepy morning. Beechworh Bakery was a great choice to grab a cup of coffee. I preferred a large cup of Long Black. My coffee was extra hot with fruity taste. I liked it. Service was not too bad and quite pleasant due to less crowd. Happy customer here. I think Beechworth has been great with undeniably delish products, however, customer service was a big flaw here. Kitchen people did a wonderful job on the range of baked goods such as pie and desert. Staff at the front were quite a big dissatisfaction when they were dealing with a lot of customers. Management may need to find a new bunch of frontline staff who are supposed to be bubbly, service minded, and patient towards hungry customers. These days, long historic fame is not enough to build royalty among customers. You need a consistency in service, hygiene, quality and of course management.
