The Heritage - Hammonton

Be warned: I got served tuna that had obviously gone bad. It stank terribly once it was set on our table — so much so that we heard someone at the table next to us ask their dinner mate about the smell. I would not recommend eating here as I’d be seriously concerned about their food safety and quality control. Thankfully they comped us the dish but otherwise didn’t acknowledge the situation and still charged 20% auto gratuity on the original bill. Not great hospitality. Was so sick at the smell that just paid and left.Edit: To respond to Heritage — I’ve eaten tuna (raw and rare) many times in my life, but I would never eat anything that smelled like what I was served tonight— it was clearly off. And the response that does not acknowledge my concerns makes it even more suspect. Had originally given the benefit of the doubt with 2 stars, but have changed it to 1.

There was no live music when we visited, which suited us well so my friends and I could all catch up. Food didn't wow us, but we were starving and this was the closest bar to us that also had vegetarian options. We might try to visit again when it's more lively! The dining area was clean, spacious, and has very rustic decor.Vegetarian options: Limited options on a smaller menu, but decent!Parking: Parking in the area is really tough.

This restaurant is in a great location! We enjoyed delicious food, good drinks an awesome jazz band. Our server was attentive offered helpful recommendations for the food.

I’d give the food 3/5, the atmosphere and restaurant itself is beautiful bringing this up to 4/5. There is indoor and outdoor seating and by the time my sister and I left they were playing live music. They have a nice big bar with lots of space I definitely would like to go back one night and hangout. My sister got a spicy margarita and it was really good!I enjoyed my pulled pork sandwich, it’s not the best ever but it gets the job done. No complaints. My sister said the Mac and cheese was bad. I tasted it and it’s definitely an acquired taste, I can see why she didn’t like it. Some might say it’s bad, some might say it’s unique. For what you pay food wise I probably wouldn’t bring someone here for dinner, just drinks and watching the live music.

Their brunch is my favorite! The biscuits and gravy were delicious and the drinks were soo good! The service is always so great and I love love love the live music and the vibe inside!
