Domino's Pizza - Hammonton

Order online. I never said I'd expect a confirmation call because I'm a custumer first time. So about 40 minutes pass and I'm wondering to call them. then they see that they had called 30 minutes before. I'll call her, they waited for confirmation. whatever? I paid in advance with a credit card and they need a confirmation call, but nothing said about the expected on the website or not get the cake they paid in advance. so the person says well that they get it right now. Yes, you have, the cake they made 40 minutes ago, and since all the time sit, what they delivered is ice-cold. first time, and last time, it's totally unprofessional.

Hung up when we were trying to order at 11pm, she took our address then hung up, we called back and she said we are closed and hung up

Egg harbor city NI was rude and ignorant to customer. I will never order again from Dominos. Always got my service from Hammonton and never had this problem but I?m done with Dominos

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. customer service on call is horrible. the lady gave me a sassy Attitude. like im sorry your having a bad day. also, delivery comes in extremely late, they need to fire some people. i will not be coming to thisDominos ever again!

By far the worst customer service experience at a domino?s , EMILY ?the manager and only manger and she is store owner as well per what she say , but she has the worst customer service ever. She was super rude on the phone call by hanging up on meafter me asking how are you doing when first answering the phone , then after me calling back she was was rushing me off thephone, felt like she wanted to close the store early or something, When i enter the business I ask for a manager and she replieswith she is the manger , i said ? I understand and with all do respect I love to speak to someone above you? she said , wellthere isn?t anyone.... your total is .., I?m in customer service myself so I was just being nice when asking how are youdoing I paid for my pizza and ask so is this a franchise not cooperate Own and she said nope So basically I didn?t getanywhere so I decided to share my experience, I will never be back EMILY IS VERY RUDE ALL I SAID WAS HOW ARE YOU DOING.
