Mcdonald's - Hammond

That is a disgusting excuse of a facility. waits for 9/29 for an hour. I just wait an hour because I stuck in the line and couldn't get out. I understand that there is a possibility that this place is short staff like other institutions, but that is not an excuse. as an independent restaurant worker there are possibilities to accommodate customers in such situations. letting customers know that they are short busy (which is the reason because I couldn't get any answer from everyone, why) and that it might help so that the customer decides for themselves as to wait or not would be a start. how is this an almost food operation when they fill out a job every 15-20 minutes? does not make any sense, and of course the manager colleen has not taken care of, so why should their employees? I will publish this to any social media platform. this was not the first time, but it will be the last time I will spend my money here, and I encourage everyone to do the same.

This McDonalds is so rude and the employees are mean and snappy.. I don’t know how to reach the head of this McDonalds … but if the employees don’t wanna wrk why come to wrk m… I see laziness and sorryness coming out this McDonald’s… the cashier will take orders from u and hold her head down and ask ? Like talking to the floor or somethingLike come on

Terrible McDonald’s. They literally try to charge you for one sauce when I ordered two meals. Always TERRIBLE service. They try to rip off there customers.

Went through the drive thru a couple of times here, the service is always terrible. The last time I went here the lady talking at the order board said my total was $8 and some change, but when I got to the pay window, the cashier took my card without saying anything at all, I assumed she knew what she was doing, got my food at the next one, not a word from that person either, got home, realized I was charged over $10, the burger was made incorrectly, and everything was lukewarm at best. I didn’t bother going back to correct the charge, because I’ll never go here again

Was midday and hot so decided to get a bite and rehydrate. Two sandwiches two large drinks a a large cup of ice. The ice came in a large styrofoam cup the drinks came in what looked like a medium clear plastic cup which the ice melted before I engulfed the sandwich. If dining in, I may have gotten a refill but on the go that isn't possible. And the tea had soured before I received.
