Loven Oven Pizzeria - Hammond

I've been eating with my friend and my dog. we had no problem bringing them in as they are a service dog. we chose a stand where we can sit, as it is a self-bedded seating set. we ordered the bread sticks with sauce for an appetizer. we ordered the meatball sandwich and a medium-sized, dear oven special pizza, which had sausage, mushrooms, planks, green pfeffer and pepperoni on it. I had hoped that the bread sticks would come out first, because I was really hungry, but they came out with the food. the bread sticks came with two marinara sauces, but it wasn't really enough for all sticks. but everything was pretty good. the meatball sandwich was average for me, but for $5.00, they can't really beat! the pizza was nicely cooked and it was very appetizing. I recommend to everyone to get this special pizza for the choice. the service was okay. they seemed to be overwhelmed with commanding and busy, so I understood that. Overall, this is a good place to get pizza, but I recommend to eat it in the opposite. the experience in the inner is simply not there, especially with the open kitchen jet creams in the escaping area. besides the negative, I'm sure I'll give them another one away into the future.

I sat down for a dinner here with my girlfriend and dog. We didn't have any issues bringing her in, as she is a service dog. We chose a booth to sit at, since it's a self-serve type of seating here. We ordered the Bread Sticks With Sauce for an Appetizer. We ordered the Meatball Sandwich and a Medium Loven Oven Special Pizza, which had Sausage, Mushrooms, Onions, Green Peppers, and Pepperoni on it. I was hoping the Bread Sticks were going to pop out first, as I was really hungry, but they came out with the food. The Bread Sticks came with two Marinara Sauces, but it wasn't really enough for all the Sticks. All of it was pretty good, though. The Meatball Sandwich was average to me, but for $5.00, you can't really beat that! The Pizza was cooked nicely and it was very appetizing. I do recommend everyone to get this specific Pizza for the choice. The service was okay. They seemed to be overwhelmed with orders and busy, so I understood that. Overall, this is a good spot to get pizza, but I recommend picking it up opposed to dining in. The experience inside just isn't there to me, especially with the open kitchen blasting fumes in the dining area. Besides the negatives, I'm sure I'll give them another go in the future.

Ordered food for delivery did not get part of my order, they lied and said they would give me a partial refund(guess it was too much for them to bring it back) will never order from here again and will be reporting them to the BBB for charging me for food I didnt get!
