Capriotti's Sandwich Shop - Hammond

So the sandwiches are great, I have had a couple of issues with delivery but when you order from their app they use DoorDash to deliver and I guess sometimes the drivers like the food so much they pick it up and keep it for themselves. When I called the employee was rude about it BUT, when I went up the chain the manager Sarah was great and handling the problem and later got a call from the owner of the location he also wanted to make things right and promised to coach the employees to handle the situation better. Because of the post incident customer service I am willing to give them another chance. Which is why I gave service 3 stars, was just 1 but the follow up was 5. The good however is great... FYI, the large sandwich is two meals.

Was not refunded for a sandwich I ordered online that was incorrect. I called and was told I would be refunded but that never happened.

Had the meatball sub, highly recommend. Meatballs were tasty, not dry, large. Very good sandwich.

Be prepared to wait and wait and wait, EVEN if you order an HOUR ahead. They can't even make a sandwich correctly (see picture of one piece of bread one way and the other piece the other way).
