Cold Rock - HAMILTON SOUTH

I understand that it must be cold working in this shop, but the staff have some unconventional ways of keeping warm. I admire their energy, as I too was once young. I tried a unique grey ice cream that I couldn't quite identify the flavor of, but it was surprisingly good. There was a young worker in the back who seemed disinterested and mentioned skipping school the next day to get a slurpee. One of the workers wasn't wearing shoes, but neither was I, so I can't judge. On a separate occasion, I passed by this restaurant and saw two young employees kissing in the window, reminiscent of a scene from a coming of age movie. While their behavior sometimes lacked professionalism, Cold Rock has never failed to entertain me. Overall, it's not a bad spot, although the food can occasionally be served cold.

The food was amazing and it was really interesting to watch them prepare it. I highly suggest trying the cookie cream loaded shake, it was absolutely delicious. The prices range from $6 to $12.

The restaurant had a strong odor of spoiled milk and the rooms were dirty. The doors, tables, and chairs were all dirty as well. The customer service was poor.

Wow, this place has been downhill since our last visit 12 months ago. two tables that were contaminated with old ice and müll had a real old milk smell and the workers were not excessively friendly and instead of cleaning were behind. the counter that eats the ice and then on her handys. I used an entertainment voucher (buy one get one free) but the girl that served me took the credit and calculated me the full price (I thought $16.50 for 1 ice was a lot, but not in question asked it at the end I called and explained what happened) will not be back.

The ice and the selection here is great. they can mix and observe aromen as they hack it all together and mix it on the cold plate before them. if you've never been in cold rock and you're not super greedy. I would say order a size smaller than what they need, as they fill the cup quite high. a regular size would be sufficient for a young teenager, for example. for what you get. better than average ice, I would say that the price is fair. in this branch the staff were friendly and helpful. the spatialities and the sitting area are however tired and tired. not a problem for most people who only want to get their ice and go.
