Wahoo's Bistro Patio - Hamilton

Oh, the fish tacos and octopus stew are delicious! This is my children's favorite bistro in St. George, and they absolutely love the fish sandwich. I believe the menu changes with the seasons. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the location is perfect, featuring an open terrace by the water (with fish that are always eager to be fed!). They also offer a great selection of drinks. It's a beautiful spot to unwind after exploring the city.

We visited this restaurant a week ago (4/20/22) and, having walked past it, thought it might be a great place to dine. The open-air ambiance was pleasant and relaxed, and the service was very attentive. I ordered the fish sandwich, which featured incredibly fresh fish. One dish everyone should try is the Fish Chowder—I've been waiting ten years to have it again! It's delicious, well-balanced, and served piping hot. This local favorite is a must-try, along with any of their other fish dishes.

We enjoyed a delicious lunch here while in the area. We shared some wings and the Baha-style Wahoo tacos, both of which were fantastic. The staff was wonderful throughout our visit. I highly recommend this place if you're in St. George's.
