Tamarisk Dining Room - Hamilton

We only had breakfast, but it was incredible! The service was excellent as well.

I had an excellent dining experience at this restaurant. They offer daily specials with a wide selection of fish dishes. While there are no chicken options available, they do serve steak and lamb, along with two vegetarian dishes. The prices are on the higher side, but I have no complaints.

I had a wonderful Valentine's Day dinner at Tamarisk. The five-course menu was enticing, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The chefs included vegetarian options, which was a delightful surprise. The warm atmosphere, innovative use of local ingredients—especially since it's loquat season here in Bermuda—and excellent service made our first visit to Tamarisk truly unforgettable.

We were staying at Cambridge Beaches property and had dinner at Tamarisk every night. Some of their dishes are a hit while some are a total miss. The best thing about this place however is their top notch service. Their staff is warm and welcoming and also very attentive. Food wise, we tried a few things every night, including Cajun Blackened Local Yellowfin Tuna for appetizers which was pretty good, Bermuda Honey Orange Baked Chicken $30) which was quite dry even when it was warm, Slow Braised Lamb Front Shanks $33) which was a clear winner and really delicious a seasonal lobster dish which was priced at around $49. Add 17% to all those and you have a really expensive menu which doesn't really feel like a fine dining experience to be honest. Drinks are steep too, although they do have a decent selection of wine cocktails. If you are not staying at Cambridge beaches, it doesn't make much sense to dine here unless you are a local of course, just to experience their great service.

If you are staying at Cambridge and want to dress for dinner this is your only choice...good food...nice staff...check you Bill carefully...gratuity included in your check...???
