Bistro J - Hamilton

Two meal times here over two nights. really great service and easy to eat properly made. broken lobster during the lobster season was well boiled (lightly divided) pork porterhouse was moist. fish cakes were fat-free and crispy, and a garnel and lobsterbisque was silky smooth. both nights we came the waitress gave us a glass wee on the house, the first time because she thought we waited too long on a escape (we didn't even notice) and the second time because a big group sitting halfway through our meal made a lot of noise. I usually don't want to go to the same place twice on holiday, but that was really a great place. the price cannot be beaten for bermuda either. three cursor meals for less than the price of a single guest in other high-end restaurants round.

This was a lovely small restaurant, with a menu that changes daily. We had a fantastic experience with the food and service being perfect
