Panera Bread - Hamilton

This place serves really chimpsy portions. Panera used to put full chunks of avocado on the egg white breakfast sandwich , but but now they use a tiny dab of avocado spread instead, along with one egg instead of two. What a ripoff. The salads are veryoverpriced for the portion, and coffee is way too expensive compared to what other local restaurants serve. Even their soufflésare less full now. They think that we?re dumb and won?t notice that we?re eating a mouthful of bread or crust. It?s shameful,disgusting greed. I used to be a frequent customer, but not anymore. I?m pretty much done with this place.

This store gets worse by the minute, not even the day! Busy Sunday morning, there are only two self-checkout registers. Used to be four but they took two away. People are lined up to use the registers. Two people along with myself walked out because thewait was too long to place an order. Being in the restaurant business myself I know this place must be losing BIG money by theirfoolish business practices. Oh well!

I've been visiting this restaurant for a long time, but recently their service has declined dramatically. I’ve received heavily burned sandwiches, the wrong sandwiches, and even the wrong soup in my orders. It seems they are frequently out of ingredients these days. It’s disappointing to witness one of the best Panera locations turn into one of the worst.

I would give this Panera zero stars. The management is incredibly rude. When I asked for a straw for my order, the manager responded in a very disrespectful manner. To make matters worse, my salad looked as if it had already been half-eaten. I won't be returning there again. I've tried to give this place another chance, but I'm always left disappointed.

The staff were friendly, the service was quick, and the food was excellent. I had no issues whatsoever.
