Dunkin' - Hamilton

When I arrived, the restaurant was empty and the service lacked a warm welcome, though it was polite. The coffee was enjoyable. Overall, I would give the service a rating of 3 out of 5.

The older man who works there is quite rude. I'm looking to avoid this place because it feels unclean. He coughs and wipes his nose near the register. It's the only Dunkin' on my way to work, but I've decided to never go back again.

I've been ordering from this restaurant regularly, but lately, my orders have either been incomplete or incorrect. They haven't answered my calls for weeks. For example, today my order included sugar but no coffee. Once again, they’re not answering the phone. It seems like the manager, Ralphy, is unwilling to address these issues or have someone deliver the correct items. What is going on?
