Daily Grind Gourmet Coffee Co

I have been coming to this coffee shop for years! They know my order, they've always been wonderful. Yesterday, I ordered a coffee and paid with a $20 bill. The cashier handed me $4.50 back. I realized she shorted me $10. When I turned around and went back, she had it laying next to the counter and said she thought that was her tip. A $10 tip for $4 coffee? Also, I gave her a tip out of the change she handed me. It was very dishonest and I will not support a business that is willing to steal from its loyal customers. I'm glad I noticed it but honestly have a feeling this has happened more than once. Definitely lost a customer over the situation.

Food, Service, Atmosphere, and genuine hospitality ! You really can't get better. Thank you for serving me with all of these and more for over a decade now. You all are the best!

Only thing that bothers me is they ask at drive thru if wanna tip, instead of having a sign about tips. To feel pressured or obligated to leave a tip when there is no service provided other than handing food just a weird feel. I can’t think of any other place asking for tips when I am paying at drive thru, outside of that the staff is nice and food is always good and fresh, I just think a sign “tips greatly appreciated” would be better route than asking everyone every time they pay,

I haven't been inside, but staff are super friendly at the drive through and prompt with preparing my order. Props for reasonable prices and excellent product value. I wish they had cold brew but other than that I can't think of anything I'd like them to do differently.

Bacon egg and cheese croissant slaps. Fresh every time. Stays warm for up to an hour if you don't open the foil. Lovely folks as well, very kind.
