Bouilla - Hamilton

The food at this restaurant is excellent, and I particularly enjoy the meatloaf sandwich, among other dishes. However, if you're ordering takeout, be prepared for a less-than-friendly experience, especially if you have questions about the menu, which is surprisingly outdated on their website. I understand the restaurant was busy, but I did mention that I was okay with a 30-40 minute pickup time. When I inquired about the bowls, as prompted by the woman on the phone who first asked if I wanted a sandwich or a bowl, I was abruptly told that they were too busy to help and that I could find the up-to-date menu on Facebook. This response is quite frustrating, especially coming from a service-oriented establishment. If the restaurant doesn’t want to take phone orders, they should be upfront about it. Alternatively, they could simply keep the menu updated on their website—or at the very least, be polite instead of dismissive!

Unfortunately, when they are busy they are quite rude to folks ordering out over the phone. They also do not maintain the menu on their website, so if you have questions, oh well!

Food was great but service could have been better. Brought our food with no silverware, had to ask for the sauces we ordered and the person we asked was super suspicious about it like we were trying to get them for free, asked for separate checks when ordering and somehow still only got brought one. I could understand if they were really busy or something but we were probably one of only 3 or 4 other tables

Wow! This place is amazing! I really wish they would open a location in Billings because we need food like this!

It used to be my favorite restaurant, but now they're consistently out of many items. The hot chai tea, which used to fill two cups, now only fills one—if you're lucky. The fries were overcooked, too. Additionally, they don't offer the buttermints anymore that they used to give with the check.
