It took 2 hours and 40 minutes for the food to be delivered, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. The chips were covered in curry sauce that spilled all over the bag. I strongly suggest that this place be shut down. I'm baffled by how they are able to remain in business. If I could give a rating of 0 stars, I would.

The food never arrived, and the restaurant did not answer the phone despite us waiting for two hours. Eventually, they answered 5 minutes before closing time, but the person on the phone seemed clueless about our order. They mentioned that it was out for delivery and would arrive in 40 minutes, even though it was almost 3am and we had already been waiting for a long time. The food never arrived, and the person on the phone could have been more honest about the situation. The service was shocking.

I ordered food at 1:27am and it is now 3:33am. I am still waiting for my food to arrive, which has happened before at this place. They need to have an earlier closing time instead of promising customers food that never comes. They promised the food would arrive within an hour, but it has been over 2 hours now. The person on the phone said the food had already left, but now the phones are turned off and I can't reach anyone. This behavior is disgusting, and I don't understand why they treat their customers this way. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to order dinner late at night, even though the food is actually quite good. It's the staff members that are horrible.

So rubbish. Promised food would be here in an hour, waited 2 and a half hours to find out the shop has shut and no food turned up! No dinner for me and my friends. Never buying from here again.
