Tim Hortons - Hamilton

Was in today and I was discussed on how I watched the manager talk to the employees about name tags she’s very unprofessional and should not be bereating employees infront of customers. This is not the first time she has done this only this thing she took it a bit too far I come here all the time because I like down the street and this is just disappointing for the community

Our team has been frequenting this Tim Hortons spot ever since our first office was situated right across the street. Even now, the staff remains wonderfully friendly, quick, and entertaining with their good jokes. It's clear that good service is valued here. Parking is ample, providing plenty of spaces for all customers.

Literally waited for 5 minutes for my call to be answered at the drive through.. then another 10 minutes for a coffee. I just left at that point and went to another Tim Hortons.

Love this place, only gripe I have is it's not technically 24 hours. The times on Google are misleading. The drive-thru is 24 hours, which is accurate, yes, but the in store itself is not. Unfortunate.
