Tim Hortons - Hamilton

Stood there for 10 or 15 minutes. Waiting for them to deal with the drive through I was pissed , With all the noise in there I had to yell for service, The man behind me gave me his thumbs up. I will never go to this one

This is the worst Tim's in the area. You are better off to go to Centennial or Queenston Circle. They very rarely get an order right today items were actually missing from my order and I can't even contact them because their phone number listed on Google doesn't work. I've had english muffins completely untoasted, shells in the eggs, and my coffee always seems to be wrong. Won't be going back ever again, enough is enough!

I don’t normally leave reviews but I think someone should know about this. Me and my gf got a bagel a cheese twist and a garlic pastry, I asked for the bagel to be toasted and heat it neither everything else we ordered we asked but it was all cold. If we’re gonna spend 20 bucks here I’d expect at least one thing

I usually don't review places and if I do I am a very legitimate person. I don't give bad reviews and look so many scenarios and ignore if small hiccup.I tried the sme this morning at Tim's this morning but couldn't ignore it as I felt so humiliated. Person at the front window was so rude and has 0 or I say negative customer service skills. Not only rude but didn't even gave me what I ordered. I was taking some stuff for my office staff and now I can't even offer them because items are missing. When called back and spoke to manager and there was 1 simple answer sorry and she said she can't do anything about missing order either!!! It looked like those are bunch of friends working there and not care ?

Worst service...drive through is better will never go in the store as counter service is terrible 20 ppl working drive through 1 on counter...why????
