The Works Gourmet Burgers - Hamilton

I loved the whole over look of the places -it was themed like industrial warehouse. The menu was large they had many options for every burger lover out there. The prices are very reasonable. My only complaint is that the patty it's self had zero flavor that to me is very disappointing-because even if you too you burger with all these delicious topping it still will fall short because there no flavor where really matters. The services was great though- our waitress was very polite kind and attentive, she checked on us constantly. The side choices were interesting my spouse got gravy fries and believe it or not these were very tasteful. My Caesar salad was a bit soggy and also could used more flavor. I can't say if I would go back because it didn't offer that wow factor for me, but glad I gave it a try.

I've been to this location in the past and had great food. Came back here for a bunch of friends from work for lunch. Overall the food was good and as expected. The problem this time was the service. The waitress did an amazing job considering she was one of two or three servers. But its lunch and the restaurant is packed of customers. It would certainly helped if they could bring in more wait staff. I only had 45 minute limit but I didn't leave after 1.5 hours. I want to be back but I cannot constantly be late back to work. Maybe I'll eat at 3pm when it isn't busy.

Very good burger and fries. There was only one other person seated Yet the service was very slow. Unfortunately that other person was a vegetarian nutbar! She was yelling and insulting me. I asked to be moved to another table but that just had the server confused. Still I must admit the food was really good. I might give it another chance Someday,,,

Very nice restaurant, not like a fast-food joint. Insane amount of burger styles to choose from (so hard to make a decision and good amount of side to choose from. Trying to be healthy at a burger place? You can do that lol. Choose weeds (garden salad or cukes (cucumbers celery as your side. And you can even change out the beef patty for chicken/turkey. Be prepared as the burgers take 20mins to make but we 'll worth wait! I 'd come back : Ps. Drinks are served in Pyrex measuring cups which is different and cool lol

Words can not describe the amazing food and atmosphere at this restaurant! I do not know why there is not one of these in Texas! If ever you are in Canada this is a must eat location! WOW, best food in Canada!
