Super yummy and spicy oh my!!! Haha I love spicy food so I thought it was awesome but oh my for medium spice it was way more then I would have expected, if you’re worried or cannot handle spice I would get no spice at all haha. I also like that they gave it to me in a bowl instead of the other take out containers as it’s easier to eat out of (even thought they never fill it lol). My small critique other then the spice level was that they did not give me a bag or something to carry the boiling hot bowl, they didn’t even double up on the bowl to protect my hands form the heat. I had to grab a handful of napkins to hold it because it quite literally would have burned my hand if I did not. Also, I know the pricing is probably set by the chain itself but $15 for Pad Thai without a side or even a drink included is quite expensive.

I recently experienced food poisoning after eating the mango general chicken from this restaurant. It seems they may not maintain proper cleanliness when serving customers. Very disappointing and unacceptable.

I've been a regular customer for six years, and the food is consistently good, as you would expect from a chain restaurant. However, I noticed that the employees at the cash register and the one who handed me my food seemed quite distracted and were using their phones during work hours. Additionally, they gave me a bowl that was so hot I could barely carry it, and I ended up having to put it in my shopping bags with my clothes. Please work on your packaging and encourage your cashiers to be more attentive. It's not that complicated.

To top it off, they handed me a scalding hot bowl that was too hot to carry comfortably, forcing me to place it in my shopping bags with my clothes. Please improve your packaging. Additionally, it would be beneficial for the cashiers to be more attentive. It's not rocket science!

I would prefer to eat anywhere else in the mall. The spring roll was cold, and the Pad Thai had only one small piece of chicken that was unappetizing.
