Worst Swiss Chalet store everThe service is disgusting, and the managers just don't give a ****.

This places needs a new manager because the older woman who works there walks around like she's got the weight of the world on her shoulders.

I haven't been to Swiss Chalet in quite a few years. We were seated right away and ordered. Everything was brought right away and it was good. I felt like we were on an assembly line. The server asked us how everything was..yes all was good...brought the bill...we paid and tipped with hardly an acknowledgement and we left. I felt like we were shuffled through. There was nothing bad just...nothing!

We ordered a simple sandwich. Just one and we live no more than 10 minute drive from the restaurant. We ordered and 2 hours later nothing has arrive. Tried calling the restaurant and no one picked up. Called customer service and still they cant reach anyone. Spoke with a manager who did not help, was not polite and said she could do nothing. Will never order from here again. This is the second time that we have had issues with this location. AVOID THIS PLACE
