Pizza Pizza - Hamilton

It is laughable to even think that they convince anyone of hamilton that this place has a good service or eating. they probably have the 3.5 review by saying that they are lgbtq friendly for google. lol imagine to be kind in the inner city that you have to be crazy. they will never cook to their order completely or nothing at all. pizza the company itself is never the worst location in hamilton.

Avoid ordering here if you want to receive your food within 2-3 hours. The service is absolutely incompetent. Despite having 5 or 6 people in the kitchen, no orders are completed in under 40 minutes. It is simply embarrassing.

The restaurant has a very poor owner named Mohan Uncle who is extremely rude and disrespectful. He mistreats his staff, using foul language and cursing them. He is also negligent in paying his employees on time and did not provide me with my full payment. The truth is that they use expired and unhygienic ingredients, and cleanliness is severely lacking. They only wear gloves when customers are present, showing a lack of concern for hygiene. They prioritize saving money over quality, with skimpy portions of cheese being just one example of their cost-cutting measures.

I ordered from a pizzeria in the downtown area and received a different order. The dip had a hole in it and the wings appeared to be tampered with. The person taking my order did not allow me to fully explain the situation. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution, I will report this to the food safety board. This is unacceptable and the restaurant needs to take responsibility and improve. Shake my head.
