Denninger's Foods of the world

Meal time was very delicious. Large selection of German dishes. They do yu shopping and then eat and have coffee.

Our family lived in Europe and sometimes we miss things that we have difficulty finding Karlmaltz alcohol-free beer, and certain sweets that we go to Denninger's and find what we want. We always enjoy the meat and sausages from both the Deli and the house restaurant.

This place is an eternal favorite of me. I have a German background and I often cook European dishes. Denninger makes it as if you have entered a European market: deli, meat, fish, cheese, fresh bread counters with many things you can't buy in most grocery stores. They also have home prepared dishes, both fresh and frozen, as well as items that are less common: venison, bison, emu (not all are always worn). You have a large range of dry goods and canned items again many European brands and items not always available: Hero, Niederecker, Kuehne, Dr. Oetker, Persil, to name a few. They also have a small but well-stocked area of household supplies, drug-type elements (4711, master propper) and euro-language magazines. There is also a walk up and order food counters, so once can search and shop and also have! It is located in the corner of the SE of the shopping center, and there are many parking spaces always available. During the holidays they expect that they are busy, but they try very hard to have their friendly staff up in numbers to get you through!

Wide range of European foods. Very clean, well designed and well equipped. The overall quality of food is generally high. If you are from Europe and long for the taste of home; this is the place for shopping / eating ...or if you just want... try something else for a change). The cafeteria-style dining area serves delicious tasting, from a menu, the products that can be bought after meal to take home. The menu does not have much in all years I have dining room / shopping, but it is always good.

We visit Denninger’s store and restaurant 2-3 times a week when we are out on our daily walk. Denninger’s is a German establishment selling ethnic food from various countries, but mainly a German. The restaurant is buffet style. It is clean, fast, with good food,...at a reasonable price. Very often our visit is just coffee and a German pastry, but occasionally a full blown German entree. All of it is excellent. The store itself sells all manner of bakery and butcher items as well as other food goods. Prices are higher than a typical grocery store, but the quality and taste are excellent. I visit this store often and I recommend it to one and all.
