Buona Vita Pizza - Hamilton

We order their pizzas for our office meetings and every time I order for home with guests they are all knocked out with how good the taste is from the crust to the plentiful toppings. Sauce is excellent and they do not smother with cheese. So if you like lots of cheese I would order more but to me that would take the balance off their design.It is not a real dinning restaurant at all.Staff friendly and you could not beat the delivery times so far.

Based on reviews I read about Buona Vita Pizza, I decided to stop by here for lunch with friends after checking out HMCS Saida. First impression - floors and washrooms were clean but the garbage can was almost full. It will help if they can clean this up regularly.Pizzas - my friends and I ordered small pizzas. I got the meat supreme, and the other two ladies got cajun chicken and jerk chicken. Two other ladies ordered spaghetti.The verdict - I personally loved the fact that the owners were not stingy with the toppings. Definitely a lot more than I have ever had expected. Normally I don't eat the edge of the crust but this time I did. I found it so delicious and crispy. Overall, I would rate my meat lovers 3, only because I found the topping salty. Maybe it is because I limit my salt intake and I am just extra sensitive to salty dishes.There were mixed reviews with the other two chicken pizzas. One found the cajun too saucy and bland. She pushed the chicken toppings to one side so that she can just enjoy the crust. The other lady found the jerk chicken a bit spicy for her taste but, nevertheless, enjoyed the crust.The other ladies found their meatball spaghetti okay and more than ample for the two of them.Based solely on my personal dining experience, I would have given a rating of 4 for this pizza place, but I also wanted to include the ratings provided by my friends. Hence, a 3-star. If ever I am in the area again, I will go back to BVP to try their other pizzas.

We were in Hamilton for a hockey tournament over the weekend (lost in the semis in OT - boo) and ordered 5 pizzas and 4 lbs of wings from Buona Vita which I selected based on the TripAdvisor reviews. They did not disappoint, some very picky parents had nothing but praise and the kids were happy. Best of all it came bang on time and was pretty reasonable. Only downside is apparently they do not deliver to Aurora.

Buona Vita Pizza quickly became a standout pickup/delivery style pizza joint in downtown/west hamilton. Friendly owner operators make some of the most satisfying pies available. Get the "Canadian" pizza or any one of their specialty pies. You're in for a treat!

After reading the reviews I decided to walk over to Buona vitas. At first glance I wasn't too impressed, just a few slices to choose from at 6pm. I ordered my slice and WOW I was pleasantly surprised! This zah is awesome. Quality ingredients and great textures make this my new "go-to" pizza joint in town. Can't wait to order my own custom made pizza next time! Cheers
