Boston Pizza - Hamilton

We went for my sisters birthday on Sunday evening at 530. When we got there is was busy but not packed. It took 20 minutes to take our drink orders , then another 20 to have them delivered at which time Ben took our orders. The food took another 25 minutes, by then there was only about 5 tables left in the restaurant that had people eating. The food was cold, the orders were incorrect. The drinks were not refilled even after asking a few times and a few different waiters. We asked for the manager to come over, we explained the situation. He offered to take our food back but after such a long wait, we refused. He offered us 20% off all of our meals and 2 free desserts. We thanked him and waited for more drinks that he said he would bring. We never saw him again nor our drinks. We finished our meals and waited and waited. Finally the waiter came back and asked if we wanted dessert, we told him what the manager said, he was surprised, the manager did not tell him before he left for the day. Stupidly we ordered our 2 free desserts. Like we didn't learn the first time??? By now there is only 1 other table and they are paying their bill. There are 3 or 4 wait staff hanging around the hostess desk as we start to get our coats on. Our table has not been cleared, our desserts have not come, our bills have not been done. We asked another manager and 3 waiters for our bills and dessert to go. now we have been at the restaurant for 2&1/2 hours. The little kids are crying, we are annoyed and my bill was taken back 3 times for correction. Side note: my boyfriend went into the bathroom watched an employee do his business and walk out without washing his hands, right back to work. Needless to say its no wonder they keep closing their doors. We will NEVER be back!

My hockey team came here for a drink after our last game of the season. I can't review the food here. The beer was great! The service was a little disorganized, but I think, on a Tuesday night, they weren't prepared for the influx of my team. They were nice, they just made some of us go to the bar to get drinks, then sent a server to the table.

I love the boston pizza atomsphere at upper centennial! the service is always great and the food is so yummy. especially the all you can eat wings on monday nights. its a tradition for a few months now!

We made reservations for 12 including 3 children two days in advance including mentioning there was a birthday celebration.When we arrived at 4:30pm the restaurant had about 10 patrons (OMG I'm thinking this should have been an omen) and they did not have a record of our reservations nor were then prepared for us. Luckily my husband remembered the name of the person that took the reservation (same name as our Granddaughter). They quickly set us up -- they do have lots of room for large groups I'll give them that. The drinks came very slowly and they did not have clamato juice and just substituted rather than offering the choice. They got a couple of the meals wrong. My dish which was the BPs House Chicken Salad looked delicious. Unfortunately, the chicken breast that was on the top looked like it had been grilled last night and sat under the heat lamp all morning. It was not edible. Service was extremely slow and many items had to be requested twice. We have eaten at this restaurant two months ago and it seems to have gone down hill. There was no accomodation for a birthday celebration that was a disappointment for all the children. I would have expected the manager to have apologized for the problems but only the young waitress. Unfortunately, they need to do a lot of work to bring their establishment up to snuff. Located next to Hamilton where the quality of restaurants matches and exceeds the quality of Toronto, this little place will not survive and nor should it if service and lack of attention to the quality of the food they were serving doesn't change.

Took our family here after the reopening. Wish we hadn't. My sons chicken was nothing more than raw! The menu was boring and the service was slower than molasses. I would not recommend spending hard earned money here. Or any money to be honest.
