As an appetizer we had a vitello tonnato (on the map the filet Tonnato-Special) and a lobster bisque with lobster insert. as a guide then a closed briand, with a sauce bernaise and balsamico schalotten. we have ordered to have a carrot ridge, rosmarin and fresh spinat. as desserts a litschi and orange sorbet. we were very excited. it was a completely successful evening. eating the atmosphere, the service only from the finest! we will be happy to come back!
