You might miss the stairs leading to entrance of this place at first sight, but you should not miss having good tap beers in one of the best pubs (not only limited with Irlsh ones) in Hamburg. Cosy atmosphere and very friendly staff adds upon the joy. Would spend the night here without second thought.

Cosy small Irish pub in the basement of an old building. Charming interior as per usual in an Irish Pub, but in a special old cellar. Good service, standard prices.

This place gets an automatic four stars for being a venue in Hamburg to watch NFL games. I showed up Sunday night to watch the morning games in the states. Kitchen service stopped a bit before ten. The wait staff was extremely friendly (saw me coming in, asked what I was here to watch, explained when the games were going to be flipped on and where). The bar selection and prices are pretty standard for Hamburg. The actual venue is below the street level, and the interior is dark but pretty warm at the same time. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a place to watch sporting events.

I was visiting Hamburg for the first time from Los Angeles to see my family that I haven't seen in years. My uncle wanted to show me one of his favorite pubs so I was excited. Unfortunately the experience was a disappointment. My uncle went up to ask the bartender about the changes that were made to the pub and was rudely reprimanded for not waiting at the door. I have never dealt with anything like this before, especially at an Irish pub where it's usually a friendly environment. It was upsetting enough for me leave right there and to also leave this review. I usually try to see the light in the situation but the way in which the bar tender spoke to my uncle upset me to the point to immediately leave. I would never return to this bar and this definitely isn't an Irish pub
