Good coffee, try their hand filters, which is so good, they don't need milk or sugar. very friendly service, a good place for a rest while shopping in the city center, definitiw the better option for the large American coffeeshop next door;

Good coffee in different methods, the roasts are great too, roasts can be a bit older though sometimes in the city shop. Have never ordered online or been in Norderstedt.
