Hafen-Klub Hamburg

Unfortunately there is no access to curious tourist. the club belongs to the hamburg harbour economy and is open to its members as well as hostes who book events.

Through the membership in a partner club we could eat in the private part of the harbour club, location absolutely fantastic, in the large building at the landing bridges. card not very large, but excellent quality, very attentive service. the right environment for a birthday dinner.

Visited for a social dinner party. we had a simple salat and gulasch soup with wine. both eating and the wine have tasted well. the staff are also all friendly. the interior has a fireplace and the atmosphere is elegant and warm.

First, I must say: a pity for those who are not allowed to "clean" because the club is only accessible to members and their guests. theoretically, however, any company could become a member. one has great separees, rest and discretion for business appointments and this stunning prospect, as one sits in the first row at the landing bridge. the food is very good, the service also. a real hamburger institution!

Enters into this exclusive club only receives who is himself a member of the unit or who was invited directly by a member of the unit. for special occasions the harbour club also rents its rooms. I had the pleasure to be in the harbour club several times. several Christmas celebrations took place there and some business dinners to which our director, a member of the harbor club had invited. besides the excellent dining that are served here, in first line is sensational on the elbe of the upper floors. who has the chance to be invited by a member of the port club, should not miss the possibility.
