Atlas - Hamburg

I knew this place for cooking. now I will propose it for the fresh sushis and the wine. I recommend booking in advance

We were here for a dinner during an exhibition with a group of 12 people from all over the world. on the German menu there was an entrecôte and on the English menu was the same court ribeye. So I asked the waiter "what is this? ribeye or entrecôte?" the waiter looked very excited and said "it's ze same." of course not. ribeye has a fat point in the middle and is another part of the loan. the waiter began to react almost hostilely and even raised his voice that he was a cook (what did he wait for?) and that "it was ze same, yes!?" what a witty. the ribeye was despised and cooked for too long (after rare and medium/good roasted). I didn't even try to send it back. at the end of dinner he asked what we would like?) drinking and 5 of us answered that we wanted an irish coffee; the waiter wrinkled the dead and rolled angry with the eyes and said that they did not serve him (I mean, they had literally walls full of spirits etc. "How hard can it be for a bartender to prepare an irish coffee?" ; we asked (in consideration of the fact that we spent in this night far over 1100,- €.?) the waiter then brought the cook out of the kitchen - to his defense, I suppose -, and the cook said: "I know irish coffee, but we have no ingredients." Excuse me: a restaurant with claim that does not make the coffee for it! to info: it is coffee, irish whiskey and whiskey. just like 123. this restaurant is a sweat. an unfriendly sweat.

The appetizers were very good, we liked it very well. nice atmosphere and courteous staff. also the main dishes are good and delicious.

Atlas is located in a quiet courtyard near the oldona railway station. they offer a three-course menu with a good selection between meat and fish. If they want to decide on the map, they also have several interesting alternatives we got was well and beautifully presented. efficient staff and a very good value for money.

The appetizer was great, the main dish super, but ... the service leaves much to improve. I've been waiting for a drink for over 30 minutes!
