Smokin' Brays' - Hamburg

This place serves excellent BBQ with a wonderful smoky flavor that permeates the meats. I frequently order my meals to go, and I appreciate that they pack my food in aluminum containers upon request, making it easy to reheat in the oven without the hassle of hard or soggy results like you get from a microwave. While the sides are somewhat standard, the outstanding customer service, cleanliness, and variety of menu options make this a fantastic dining spot. Don’t miss the brisket nachos—they're absolutely amazing!

We had our first dining experience tonight, and overall it was enjoyable. The pulled pork nachos were fantastic, and the ribs were tasty, though I wasn't a big fan of the sauce. I did find the brisket disappointing, and the mac and cheese lacked flavor. However, we plan to come back and explore other menu items. The staff was very friendly and attentive, which enhanced our visit.

I visited this place after returning from New Jersey, and I must say the food was excellent. The hospitality and service were outstanding as well. I highly recommend it!

It was our first time here. But it won't be our last. The staff was very friendly. The food was from this world. It's very hard to find good BBQ, and we found it. The Banana pudding is for... If I could give Smokin Bray's hundred stars, I would... I recommend very much!!!!

Love this place. Half as far as smoky bones and just as good. Plus it's a local small business. The pulled pork was very juicy smoky and flavorful. Both sauces were very good. The portions were comparable with a chain restaurant and the service was attentive and outstanding.
