Boston Market - Hamburg

I wanted to stop for lunch at this Boston Market on November 22, 2023, around 1:30 p.m. since there aren't many locations left operating. However, the door was locked, and there was a sign instructing customers to call a number for pickup orders. It seems like the ongoing short-staffing issues that many restaurants are facing are affecting them too. It's really disappointing. They need to find a solution soon, or they risk losing their business entirely.

I paid $16.99 online and went to pick it up around 7 PM, but the restaurant was closed, even though it was supposed to be open until 8 PM. This happened weeks ago, and I still haven't received my refund. I strongly recommend avoiding this place!

It's been years since I last visited Boston Market, and while I was in the area, I decided to stop by on October 31st. Unfortunately, they were closed, so I returned the following day. I had fond memories of their food being delicious, but I was quite disappointed this time around. I ordered the half chicken meal with mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. While the chicken was quite good, the sides were terrible. I'm not sure if it was my expectations or if the quality has always been this low, but I felt like a Hungry Man TV dinner would have tasted just as good, if not better. The mac and cheese was watery, and the instant potatoes were similarly unappealing. Everything seemed low-quality and diluted. There was only one employee working, and she was fantastic—juggling everything on her own. I felt sorry for her, especially since there were no customers when I arrived at 5 PM, which perhaps was a sign. Overall, this could explain why there aren't many Boston Market locations around anymore.

Perfect….!!! Chicken was made perfect juicy, tender, tasty!!! Sweet potatoes delicious. A+.Order took less than ten minutes to arrive.

Took an-line order, but they are closed for some reason. Phone is disconnected too............................
