Valerie is amazing!!! It was a first time experience for me at 95 Nutrition and Valerie was so helpful. She explained to me what each of the meals consisted of and recommended the peanut butter protein bars that are so delicious and the cookies dough balls! I will definitely be back for more! Her kind personality also helped me to find a good digestive enzyme capsules that I am exited to use!
