Subway - Ham Lake

The female employee should get a raise. She worked the service line by herself. As we walked in she was finishing up with sandwiches of three other customers by herself. Her male co-worker came in and started on my sandwich. After he put my sandwichin the toaster he went MIA and started putting cookies away, spraying some sort of liquid on the bread leaving his femaleco-working to make sandwiches on her own. As she was working on my sandwich and the customers in line behind me; I was able tosee and sense her frustration. She clearly was frustrated with her male co-worker who instead of prioritizing customers andtheir order started to work on things that could be done during down time. She frequently gave him the stank eyes but he walkedaround chest high with no care about her or the customers. We sat down only to find a strand of her hair in my wives sandwich.We will not be going back to this location. I strongly advise the manager to look into their employees priority in servingcustomers and mistreatment of other employees.

I'm very very ???? ???? frustrated. I was double charged 4 weeks ago, have left 2 msgs for a call back and now call and get a fax maxhine! I am going to turn them into the bbb for stealing shortly!!!

Stopped here on Monday at 7:30! Doors locked. Sign says 8pm closed

Prices have almost doubled. And it seems the sandwiches have gotten smaller.There is better places to eat.

Fast and accommodating for a Doordash order today. Took care of some special asks that were not allowed to be entered on the Doordash site. So awesome to have positive and proactive customer service focused staff. Thank you.
