Madisons Restaurant Bar - Halton Hills

It’s the only full service restaurant at the premium outlets, so not a lot of choices the food is good quality and the service is amazing. We had fish chips and steak tacos both great, seasoned perfectly and served hot!! Alain seems to be a permanent fixture here I go every couple of years and he’s there! I wish Alain had a consulting company to train all of the servers in Toronto he’s fast, entertaining, accommodating, gets it right!

I had the Grilled soho chicken over rice and it was amazing!!!! Perfectly seasoned, tender pieces of chicken. And the portion size was great. I would highly recommend Madison’s for your next lunch or dinner outing!

Overpriced western food. We had the shrimp tempura that cost $18 and it only comes with 6 pcs small shrimp. And the whole rack ribs that i ordered was super dry i thought it had el nino or something. We should have gone to the food court instead.NOT RECOMMENDED.

I went here recently with my friend, we wanted a nice sit down lunch since we had my baby with us. The door listed calamari which sounded good so we thought we would try it. Don't make the same mistake. Would not recommend going here. The calamari was rubbery and bland. I ordered the chicken sandwich, the oil was burned so it was inedible. Just tasted awful. Sent it back and no longer wanted the sandwich but a new sandwich made with untreated chicken was brought to me instead. I wasn't really given a choice. I was just told. It still wasn't great, so I just ate the chicken on its own. The fries were mediocre and so salty. My friend ordered Cesar salad and basically said it was just okay.I also asked if there was a change table, I was told yes. They shouldn't be saying yes since it was broken and unsafe. I noticed another review mention this so it's clearly been broken for a while. I had to hold it up with my knee.Anyways, do yourself a favor and just head to A&W or somewhere else. I had high expectations, knowing the chain from Quebec. The server was very nice, but besides that, I was pretty disappointed.The menu and prices posted online as the Toronto menu are quite different from the actual menu and prices in the restaurant.The children 's menu portions are quite small. The Half Baby Back Ribs (I 'm not sure if that 's supposed to mean half rack? was only 3-4 small bones. It was so small I actually had to order my 3 year a second order!Also, the change table in the family washroom was broken.Update: Followed up by email as requested, and never heard back.
