GT Dragon Chinese Restaurant

We ordered spring rolls, egg rolls, wonton soup, sweet and sour chicken, and beef with egg noodles. The beef was actually deli-style beef cut into pieces, which had a disgusting texture and taste. We were so disappointed that we ended up throwing out the entire meal. If you're looking for authentic beef, I suggest not ordering from this restaurant. We ended up spending $60.00 for a disappointing meal.

I've had some negative experiences with this restaurant in the past, but I'll share my most recent one here. I ordered a dinner for three and only tipped the delivery driver $7. When we discovered that there was no sweet and sour sauce for the chicken balls, I called the restaurant three times to speak to the manager. The manager rudely refused to talk to me and even yelled at the young lady who answered the phone. Eventually, through the young lady, he offered me a $5 credit for my next order. I decided to visit the restaurant in person because we couldn't enjoy the chicken balls without the sauce. The manager didn't even acknowledge my concerns when I arrived, so I left feeling disrespected. As someone who understands economics, I kept my composure and told the manager that he should be ashamed of his behavior, as this is not how you retain customers for a restaurant.

We were very pleased with our search for Chinese food. My wife and I spotted the outdoor menu on the window and decided to order different combination plates 5 and 6, which we shared. The food was all delicious and served at the perfect temperature. We especially enjoyed the tasty sweet and sour sauce. We will definitely be back when we are craving Chinese food again.

We ordered dinner for three, most of the food was not good! I'll throw it in the garbage, not worth it!

Really bad food. Don't even try the platter...and the individual dishes seemed stale. Also note that it's not a sit-down dining place. They have 4 tables but if you visit (which we did as family), they literally serve you in take away packs with paper...plates and plastic spoons. No water served. And the owner insisted I paid even while I was in middle of dining. Not sure how and why this place even exists.
