Pound Bakery - Halton

I placed an order through Just Eat, a company that uses tips from Sayers advertisements. I was charged £3.25 for a baguette that had a £2.00 price tag on it. The food was absolutely awful.

On Wednesday, March 15th, I forgot my lunch and needed to find something to eat. While walking through Runcorn Old Town, I came across Poundbakery. I had heard good things about their sandwiches from some of my colleagues, so I decided to give it a try. However, as a dairy intolerant person, I was disappointed to find that all of the pre-made sandwiches contained ingredients that I couldn't eat. Thankfully, the friendly lady behind the counter offered to make me a ham, lettuce, and cucumber roll without butter. She also informed me that the vegetarian sausage rolls were dairy-free and on sale. She even helped me save money by suggesting a bottle of water instead of a Pepsi max to go with my meal deal. The great customer service, product knowledge, and money-saving advice made my lunch experience at Poundbakery enjoyable, and I will definitely return if I forget my lunch again. Thank you!

The staff is friendly, the value is excellent, and there are plenty of options to choose from. I would recommend stopping by for a visit. It is a great place for a cheap and cheerful lunch.
