The wings were cold and the fries were always soggy. Despite being told they were fresh, everything was cold by the time I got home. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Why bother placing an order two hours in advance and requesting it to be ready at 12 when it is now 12:20 and I'm still waiting for my food?

They legit never make your wings extra crispy which adds cook time to your wings. I always ask for extra crispy however they come out soggier than the pigs feet in menudo
