Mcdonald's - Haltom City

Whenever I visit this McDonald's, I am consistently disappointed by the quality of the food and the staff. My order is often incorrect, straws are forgotten, or the food is not prepared properly with too much salt or lacking sauce. The wait times can also be excessive, even surpassing the expected time. As a former McDonald's employee, it is evident to me that regulations are not being followed. My most recent experience was last night at 10 p.m. when the fries were overly salty to the point where my fiancé could not finish his portion and I struggled with hypoglycemia after only a few bites. I urge the management to retrain their staff on proper salt usage when preparing orders, especially for made-to-order items such as french fries.

Bad service of the night team. The girl in the window had an attitude from the beginning I knew it when she was the opponent with what you want. They had no sweet tea and then I came home and my burgers were wrong! Day Crew isn't the best, but just okay. But the night team is just garbage and has to be fired.

Lady at window/order was extremely rude. Not only was her attitude bad, but she had a headphone on the other side was the speaker headphone. Your phone is connected to the headphone (signed) and has not even taken care of my order, I had to ask them to repeat it so that I can make sure that I pay for my order. And in the next window I was handed over two ice cream coffees without stickers to tell me what is hazelnut or vanilla

I received the incorrect burger. It seemed like they didn't care to give me what I actually ordered, and instead just gave me whatever they had. It was frustrating to pay $10 for a meal and receive a $5 one. Rating for the food: 1 out of 5.

Very long wait, they didn’t put the medium fries and the small fries that I purchased. When I received my food they told me they forgot to put mayo and gave me mayo. Soda tasted like it was all carbonated and no good flavor. I usually don’t have a problem here but today was simply just an all around horrible experience.
