I went to Mangos Grill for the first time a few days ago and this is my honest opinion. I ordered the chicken Arepa Reina Pepiada. The taste was decent, the cashier was polite, and I didn’t have to wait a long time. The restaurant has a good variety of food, BUT they charge airport prices for their food. I know inflation is a real thing, but I’m not sure if inflation justifies these prices. I paid for one arepa $10.99 and it was small. Juices were $5.00 a regular cup and I noticed other food from the menu was expensive too. I’m not cheap when buying food, but I think this food was overpriced (per portion). I always avoid writing bad reviews because I don’t want to affect any business, but I also think it’s important to write honest reviews.
My gf is Venezuelan and cooks all the time. This place isn’t very good. You could tell chicken and steak came frozen and was reheated. Not tender at all. Yes you’re creating Venezuelan food but with poor ingredients and just poor quality. Waste of money honestly. I can make a better
The food was good, not great. I probably enjoyed the juices the best actually definitely try them! The service at the counter was good, she was very friendly helpful... And patient with us as we tried to figure out what we wanted. The atmosphere was nice, the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because it's fairly small wound up getting full. Then once there weren't any tables available, there were several people opening the door several times a minute just hovering with the door open... And it just made the entire restaurant hot because they (the patrons) didn't have enough sense to keep the door closed.Parking: Parking was right out front, no problem finding a space
We love Mangos grill!! Delicious empanadas, everything is made fresh and is so flavorful. Definitely worth a visit! It’s a regular spot for me and my
This place is descent, food is descent. But it’s too expensive for what you’re buying. I ordered an empanada, and the empanada was so small that I was shocked it was 3.99 $4). And I also ordered a pabellón criollo and they didn’t put enough meet, and that plate was almost $15!!!! Like, you can charge whatever you think your food is worth, but hey, please, put enough food and make at least a descent empanada size!!! Service is okay.. sometimes.. not always
