Blue Cajun - Haltom City

I’m a Louisiana boy and I was always biased towards Asian style seafood boils. Then I met Blue Cajun. Hands down the BEST crawfish I’ve ever had. The BEST. 5 pounds with Asian Cajun sauce and number 4 spice level. Add a pound of shrimp. Thank me later. Been here many times and always consistent. I've visited this place several times. The fresh crawfish is juicy and cooked perfectly, while the crab legs are just average. The shrimp are flavorful, and I really enjoy the variety of flavors they offer. The fried corn is absolutely delicious. However, they often seem to be short-staffed, so if you want to place a pickup order, it might be more effective to go there in person, as they may not have someone available to answer the phone when they’re busy.
