Extremely disappointed. The small play area for kids 3 and under is not well taken care of, all the toys are literally destroyed, and the staff doesn’t care who goes in, meaning that 5, 6 and even 8 year olds can go in the same play area where your baby is playing and endanger your child by running all over them (happened several times while I was there). If the designated area is for 3 and under it should be respected specially since there’s a much bigger area for the big kids as well. There is no management, the staff doesn’t care, no one to even give a suggestion.I WILL NEVER COME AGAIN, go to divers mansion in north Miami or anywhere else, this place will probably go bankrupt unless someone in their staff actually cares and makes some changes.
NOT INCLUSIVE FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS.I have a three year old child who has special needs and has a VERY limited diet related to his disabilities. My husband sat down at the (empty) tables to feed my son a quick snack and was immediately approached by an employee who said we couldn’t have outside food. My husband then explained that my son has special needs and a limited diet, and offered to purchase food from them if it meant my son would be able to eat his safe foods. The employee spoke to the manager and told us they would make a one time exception and it wouldn’t be allowed in the future.I understand they only care about making money, but we were made to feel awful even after offering to buy snacks from them. My neurotypical child would be able to eat (food purchased from them), but my special needs toddler would have to sit there and watch her eat, even if we spent money there! This is not inclusion. It’s hard enough to be a parent of a child with special needs without local businesses making your child feel excluded. We won’t be returning there and I caution other parents of children with restricted diets to be aware of how rigid they are.
Was a really fun place for kids and adult dont pay just the children's .they have dine in place and a lot of play ground .
This location doesn’t add bracelets to parents’ or guardian’s hand. That means anyone can take my child and leave the premises. They do not track that fact in Florida that has a very high level of children’s kidnapping. In other states, there’s a strict policy where, before leaving the premises receptionist checks the braceleton the hands of parent and child and matches them.Space is very loud. If a child is crying, no-one would hear that. Everyone can take any child to the restroom and do whatever they want. I wish the Strickland wanna throw that adult and a child wear the same wristband if they either leave the premises, or go towards restrooms.
